Dr. Momtaz Begum University of Science and Technology had the honor of welcoming a distinguished delegation from Japan, led by Ms. Maho Nakayama, President of the Sasakawa Peace Foundation, and Dr. Emadul Islam, researcher at the same foundation.
The visit took place on the occasion of the inauguration of the Japanese Language Center on campus. In a joyful and memorable moment, Ms. Nakayama officially inaugurated the center by cutting the ribbon. Both she and Dr. Emadul delivered inspiring speeches, offering thoughtful guidance on the future of the center and expressing their optimism about its potential to build strong educational and cultural bridges between Bangladesh and Japan.
Dr. Emadul Islam has been closely involved with the university since its inception and continues to serve as its International Academic Advisor.
