On 5 February 2026, a seminar titled “Student–Industry Linkage: Bridging Skills to Employment” and “Job Fair 2026” was held, organized by Bhairab Government Technical School and College. A representative team from Dr. Momtaz Begum University of Science and Technology participated in the event.

On behalf of the university, activities were conducted through Stall–02, including the collection of job applications, free health check-ups, and promotional campaigns highlighting the university’s various facilities and student admission opportunities for students, visitors, and beneficiaries attending the event.

The Honorable Upazila Nirbahi Officer of Bhairab Upazila, Mr. K. M. Mamunur Rashid, was present as the Chief Guest. Special guests included Mr. Alhaj Zahidul Haque Javed, President of the Bhairab Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Ms. Hasina Yasmin, Principal of Narsingdi Government Technical School and College; and Mr. Md. Abidur Rahman Khan, Officer of Bhairab BSCIC Industrial Estate.
The keynote paper at the seminar was presented by Engineer Md. Harun Or Rashid, Principal of Kishoreganj Government Technical School and College. The program was chaired by Engineer Md. Anwar Hossain, Principal of Bhairab Government Technical School and College.

At the concluding session, the organizing institution expressed sincere gratitude to all participants for their active involvement in making the event a success.
